Jeff, Courtney & the team at Spiro really step up to the plate and resolved our heater issue which took several months, countless emails and phone calls. We really appreciate Jeff for jumping in, looking at our pictures, researching the issue, and accepting accountability. Then he and the team worked diligently on the solution. This kind of customer service is unheard of today and because of that we highly recommend the team at Spiro Custom Pools. Thank you, Devin & Monica

I'm a Florida General Contractor. When we committed to building our "Dream Home", we chose Spiro Custom Pools. From the initial planning meeting through completion of the pool, everybody involved at every phase could not have been more pleasant or helpful. After moving in, we discovered a problem - we had a leak. Spiro did not hesitate, make any excuses or put us off at any time. They attacked the problem and did not let up until the issue was resolved. Even months after, they take our questions via email and answer them immediately. The owner, Jeff, often gets involved in the answering of our inquiries, showing the company's commitment to quality and satisfaction.

The pool design and final product is outstanding, as were all the people that made it happen. The process however, was agonizingly slow.
